Netflix is not working on any of my 4 xbox 360 but works on the computer and my smart tv

For the past few months I had nothing but problems with Netflix app on my xbox 360 and it not just one its all 4. Now Netflix works fine on the computer and fine on my sony smart tv. But xbox 360 nope. I have been contact with Netflix did all the steps that
they told me to do . After that still nothing Netflix rep told me to contact xbox live. Did that also did the steps that xbox rep told me to do. Then was told that it is my internet provider. If I can get on xbox live and play a game with other players and
if I can watch you tube on my xbox 360 no probs and watch Crackle no prob. Doesn't that tell you it is something with either Netflix servers or Xbox live servers and they just don't want to fix this . I wish someone can help me just this is crazy. I enjoy
Netflix a lot and just wish it would work on my xbox and not just my computer or smart tv

The money we pay out for stuff to work is crazy. I am wondering if anyone knows what is going on or have to fix it Thanks

HDMI Handshake?

My Xbox 360 to TV HD connection has stopped working. When I connect the HDMI to the 360 and TV there is no picture or audio. The cable works fine with another TV and the computer, but it doesn't
work between TV No. 1 and the computer. I tried using different HDMI ports on TV No. 1 but they don't work either. I have tried to plug the 360 into TV No. 2 but it didn't work.

In conclusion, neither the Xbox nor TV No. 1 HDMI ports are working at all. The 360 will work on Video using the red, white, and yellow wires. I just reset my display settings on my 360 and will report back on whether or not that works. Are there any other
resets that I might try? Am I stuck with playing on Video until I get another Xbox?

I got the Xbox 360 Arcade Console bundle. The TV is a Sylvania 32" HDTV, can't find the specific model.

 

Netflix 4K Streaming

Trust me when I tell you that my xbox has plenty of bandwidth for 4k streaming. Netflix will not stream 4k in the app unless the movie is actually marked for 4K. The app only displays HD as the option, not 4K like it does on any other device that I have
that supports 4k streaming. I do notice the difference when streaming Breaking Bad (which is a 4k serious on Netflix) on my xbox one via Netflix vs streaming it from the Netflix app on my smart 4k tv. The 4k TV smart app shows the correct 4k option on the
show and the picture quality is wayyy better then on the xbox Netflix app.
