Discus and support netflix is not working on 360 console why? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; my netflix is not working i have uninstalled reinstalled clear the cache updated and still does not work can someone please help or tell me another way...     Netflix service is still current on Xbox 360. I would try to delete the app and download it again.

    Try logging in on your Netflix account and make sure your Xbox 360 is still synced to your account😊

    Hello Deborah,

    Netflix service should be still working on Xbox 360. I would recommend deleting the Application, re-installing it & then setting up everything once you load into it. If the problem continues I would contact Netflix or Microsoft Support for further help.

    If nothing works I would suggest to back up everything and do a complete reset on your xbox 360
