Netflix is impossible to download

Hi... I recently rented an Xbox one just to try it out, and everything is really awesome on it, but when I try to download Netflix, there's only a "pin to home" button, I downloaded Crunchyroll so I know that works... But when going on the store, the only
thing I can do with Netflix is "pin to home"...

I searched everywhere I could but couldn't find anything to pinpoint the issue, anyone have any ideas?

I'm also having this problem on Netflix please fix it is making it impossible to watch anything.

Hello to everyone!

I just bought Arcania gotich 4 on the xbox live marketplace.

But it doesn't start to download. I tried to disconnect my profile and tried again but nothing.

Turned off console and router but nothing again.

The game needs 5gb of storage, i have 12gb free.

I live in italy

What can i do?

Sorry to hear about the download issue! Is the app listed in the 'My Games & Apps' tile? If so try launching the app from there and let us know if you continue to experience this issue!

 

Thank you for the reply! But no, Netflix was only listed in the pins menu. But since I've unpinned it, it completely disappeared. It's not in the "my games & apps" menu, nor in the marketplace...I tied my Xbox account with the Xbox One Smartglass, and searched
for Netflix via Smartglass, but to no avail... It's like Netflix doesn't even exist anymore.

Yet again, this is only a rented Xbox One from a big Quebec rental company.... So maybe it has something to do with that? I'm just hoping I won't have this problem once I buy my own XOne.

That is definitely odd. Let's check what region the console is set to. Follow the steps below to check what region your Xbox One console s set to.

• Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
• In the Settings menu, select 'System'.
• Select Language & location and make sure everything matches to where you are physically located.
  

Follow the steps above and let us know if the console matches the region you are physically located in!
