Netflix in snap not playing

Discus and support Netflix in snap not playing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've mentioned it to Netflix themselves and they are going to look into it but just incase it might be an issue with the one I thought I'd post here....     Netflix in snap not playing


    I've mentioned it to Netflix themselves and they are going to look into it but just incase it might be an issue with the one I thought I'd post here. Been trying to watch netflix in snap while playing a game and since they did a recent update to the app
    the picture freezes but the sound continues and the program plays so if I resume full screen it has moved on.

    Anyone else experienced this and got a fix?

    No longer able to snap Netflix

    Netflix used to appear in the snap list, and worked great to watch movies while playing games. But now the app no longer appears in the list (on both mine and my friends consoles)

    Why has the snap feature been removed from Netflix?

    First impressions!

    I'm doomed.

    My 6 year old has just figured out how to snap Netflix while playing Marvel Super Heroes.

    I have the same problem and I think most people do. It's a problem with the Netflix app, not the One. We just have to wait until the app is updated again

    Yes, as muhcack921 above me said, this is up to the devs of the Netflix app to fix, don't worry, your Xbox is fine.

    Alot of people are having this issue and the people over at Netflix are aware of it (and are fixing it).

    We'll have to wait on the patch that should arrive soon.

    Yes, as muhcack921 above me said, this is up to the devs of the Netflix app to fix, don't worry, your Xbox is fine.

    Netflix has finally been updated

    When I try to snap the new Netflix while I'm playing a game the netflix stream freezes. The sound still plays but the video freezes. Anyone else having this problem??
