    Netflix help


    I have Netflix on my 360, and have all parent controls I can think of on, but my children somehow bypasses all of them to watch anything they want to at anytime. I've checked to make sure all are set to g rating and such, so that is all that they are supposed
    to access. I've checked to make sure no exceptions are being used as well. What else do I need to check to get this back on track?

    Hey there!

    Thanks for the support message.

    Since the family settings on the console do not effect Netflix because that is a totally different service, you will need to contact Netflix Support to see what types of family options they have available. To contact Netflix to see what family settings
    options they have available to you, you can go to:

    Netflix keeps disconnecting me

    Try this....

    From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.

    Select Storage.

    Select your primary storage device (most likely Hard Drive).

    Select Games and Apps.

    Find and select any items that refer to Netflix.

    Select Delete.

    Return to the Xbox Dashboard.

    Go to Apps, and then select App Marketplace.

    Browse or search for Netflix.

    Select Netflix to download the app.
