Netflix HDR on Xbox

Discus and support Netflix HDR on Xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; The app doesn't work properly when using an HDR screen, and hasn't since release.     The app doesn't work properly when using an HDR screen, and hasn't since release. When ill this be fixed?

    Dolby vision in the Netflix app

    I have an LG 4k HDR/Dolby vision tv and on the Netflix app on my Xbox one x only HDR is displayed on movies and shows that are in Dolby vision on Netflix. Does the Netflix Xbox app not show Dolby vision or am I missing something?

    Hdr is on at all time on netflix

    Does your xbox one s have hdr on at all time when you turn on netflix ?

    I have lg e6 oled and netflix is broken for me, all videoes are hdr and look like crap.

    Double check your settings, sometimes I have had things reset or someone else changed them.

    you could try this,

    Turn HDR off on your Xbox...only turn it on when you are going to watch HDR content on Netflix. Netflix puts your TV into HDR mode as soon as you launch the app so your TV thinks it's HDR content even
    when it's not.

    Same problem with the KDL-32WE613 My display has HDR and 10 bit output, works fine with Youtube and Netflix HDR content directly on the TV Apps and fine with
    HDR games and HDR content on Netflix on my PS4 Pro, Xbox One S ticks HDR by default but says the TV does not support it even when it's forced on in with the HDR-Game or HDR-Cinema profiles.

    When I finally reached someone at Netflix support who had heard of HDR, I was told (after a lengthy hold) that HDR-always-on is the way the app is supposed to behave. What a joke. Please sign this Change.org petition:

    This is concerning because I find my Xbox One S to be a better option than my PlayStation 4 or Smart TV. I do not like how the image looks with HDR enabled on non-HDR content as it's washed out and blurry. As it stands, I have to use my PS4 Pro for Netflix
    and Xbox One S for Amazon Video and Hulu. This is in no way an intended feature because if it was it would happen on every device. A company as big as Netflix has to be aware that HDR on standard content will have a negative effect and for this issue to go
    on for so long is unacceptable.
