NETFLIX has it's problems for xbox

I want to start with that we all love using our apps on our xbox's at home, well since we all know xbox is not just gaming but it's everything in a box.

We been a netflix user for a while, never had problems with it untill we started using it on our xbox. We could be sitting there for an hour going back and fourth waiting for an A button to apear on the screen just to click on what we want to watch.

knowing its not our connection and the amount of posts put about this problem is outstanding, to make matters worse the update did no help either so we gave our membership up.

I can tell you xbox had nothing to do with this, its down to netflix to fix this error because its their business at the end of the day which is falling.

Be free to comment on my thoughts as it's not just my problem its all of your's.

Pixelated band at the bottom of Netflix

I've noticed the exact same problem. I'm thinking it's a streaming issue. Since Xbox One has poor streaming performance with Netflix, it displays artifacts like that when struggling to reach the full resolution. Tested several identical shows on PS4's Netflix
App without any problems...only on my Xbox One.

I have also had problems getting disconnected, suddenly, for the past 3 days now. Nothing on my network has changed, I'm the only person who uses it. I've watched NetFlix for weeks now thru my XBox with no problems. Other people are also having this problem.
I've seen where it's being blamed on AT&T in some forums. You certainly can get no help on the NetFlix site (btw, NetFlix works fine on my PC and Wii), and XBox is not announcing any problems. In turn, people are frantically messing with their Config trying
to figure out what's going on when it's actually not their routers ...it's a Microsoft problem.

I say, start requesting a reimbursement. That's what I'm going to do in the morning. Maybe if people start complaining and wanting their money back for the time missed ...they'll fix it or at least give us an announcement or info. on this site when they're
having problems.

 

My netflix used to work great. Lately I will use my controller to go left or right over selections and it just skips over what I want. It wont stop. I have this same exact problem on the Hulu app.

I know it isnt my controller because its responsive and working well with games.

I hope they fix it. I cancelled my Hulu subscription because of this and I'm about ready to cancel Netflix too

 

When I try to load Netflix it goes from the white screen to the black load screen. The loading ring starts to spin and then stalls out. After a minute it will go back to the Xbox 1 home screen. I have done the power cycle, delete and reinstall the app,
deleted the profile and restarted and still the same thing happened.
