Netflix goes dark

Haven't tried this with other streaming apps yet, so I don't know if this is specific to Netflix. I was watching Amazon Prime all last week without issue, but yesterday morning, a new issue began with Netflix:

Watching a movie on Netflix, and about ten minutes in, the screen darkened, as if it was in power-saving mode. I pushed on the right thumbstick and the screen lightened back to normal again. Ten minutes later.... you get the idea. Watched a whole movie having
to wake up the screen every ten minutes. My ONE is normally in the "on all the time" power setting, so I fully rebooted it this morning after the film I was watching was over, so I haven't had time to test whether that's all it needed.

Anyone else experiencing this with Ntetflix or any other streaming app?

Screen goes Dark

Screen goes dark at the completion of the first mission. Restarted xbox one s several times still the same. Won't save at check pointo after the second one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks downloadedthe game from the store

The XboxOne S is still dimming and going dark when watching Netflix and Movies

When watching any type of movie, navigating, or watching Netflix(worst) the screen goes dark and I am unable to find anything to fix it. I have seen that there was supposed to be fixed, however, nothing works. This is beyond frustrating! Any ideas on how
to fix it?

Hello,FromTheId simply restart your console and then restart Netflix application bugs are being fixed in the upcoming summer anniversary update!

Same problem here with notifications.

Also since the last update videos in Netflix and Amazon are really dark, almost too dark to watch. Just the videos, the menu and games are fine.

as far Netflix goes you will need to contact Netflix as iNb4 Ownage said as far as vudu account goes you will have to go to vudu.com and go to to the support on the vudu site

Same issue here. The dark parts of Brave are unmatchable. Same movie streams fine on my surface RT, where the dark parts don't even appear dark. I use Netflix and Hulu a lot on that same console and TV, and nothing, not even dark stuff like X-files, is unmatchable
like dark streaming Xbox video. I'm on composite RGB cables on an LCD.
