    I'm having a similar problem. I can play Netflix but if I want to stop and back out of what I'm watching for any reason it will freeze and the only thing I can do it dashboard out and come back in

    I'm returning my Xbox One due to this problem. It does not seem anyone is working on resolving this issue!

    This keeeeeeps happening to me, it freezes the whole xbox Os, audio keeps playsing then freezes the whole system and the only way to shut off is by unplugging it. I am sick of this!!!!

    Netflix freezing problem

    No need to install/uninstall. I just posted a thread on here bc I had same issue. If it freezes push home button, then start, go down to quit and it should restart!

    Same issues, non stop for about 3 months. EVERY other device in my home streams flawlessly. The xbox one is the last console i will purchase or support. Indescriminate money pits with glitter and bells of tomorrows gaming.

    When I try to snap the new Netflix while I'm playing a game the netflix stream freezes. The sound still plays but the video freezes. Anyone else having this problem??

    This has been happening to me for weeks. I've got serious xbox rage now. Netflix freezes the machine and I have to power down everything to get it going again. I will not be forced into buying an xbox one because microsh*t doesn't care about the 360s anymore.
