Discus and support Netflix freezes constantly in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've had this issue occur on two separate xbox 360s, with 3 separate netflix accounts (Got permission from friends to test theirs), and haven't found a...     Netflix freezes constantly


    I've had this issue occur on two separate xbox 360s, with 3 separate netflix accounts (Got permission from friends to test theirs), and haven't found a solution yet. Clearing the cache did nothing for me either

    this happens to me too. About every ten minutes. There is nothing you can do about it. The xbox 360 is just a piece of [Mod Removed] is all. Three different xboxes this happens. Just happened a minute ago on a brand new xbox, been out
    of the box 48 hrs. I will never buy any xbox related products again. Clear Chache, reinstall app, what a joke these suggestions are. Insulting really. Shows they just dont care that this problem occurs

    Ok, try these steps exactly.

    1. Delete Netflix from the console

    2. Clear the cache
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    3. Restart the console

    4. Reinstall Netflix

    Let me know if that solves the freezing issue for you.

    What type of hard drive are you using? Have you tried accessing the app without the hard drive installed?

    Netflix has been freezing on me lately. I used to never have any problems , now all of a sudden, ill be watching something and it will stop and began refreshing . but freezes at 25%. I don't have this problem with Amazon.

    One xbox has the hard drive it came with (4 GB I think) and the other has a 250 GB hard drive placed in it. Has also happened on 3 different internet sources. I've tried all the variables I can think of so far.

    Ok, try these steps exactly.

    1. Delete Netflix from the console

    3. Restart the console

    4. Reinstall Netflix

    Ok, try these steps that have been said to work by some people. Try following the steps I listed above but before reinstalling the app head over to the Netflix website and remove your account from all consoles. See if that helps.
