Netflix freezes, console restarts

Hey all,

I have been having this problem recently seeming any time I decide to stream. The app freezes and the console restarts, here is what I get:

Netflix: we cannot play this title at this time

Youtube: This video cannot be played.

Crackle: Doesn't even load

Vude: having trouble contacting the server.

After all these the controller becomes unresponsive, and the console shuts down. Sometimes restarts.

I have tried uninstalling the apps, then reinstalling, clearing the cache as well as doing the hard reset with unplugging the power cord and such (this worked for a week, now it won't work)

Just recently, since the last update... I have been having trouble watching movies on crakle, and freezing up on netflix when I try to hit the B and back of anything, it freezes up and I have to go to the xbox home and choose to watch netflix again to choose
another option..

 

Netflix freezing problem

Having the same problem. Netflix freeze when I launch it, does not work to exit to home screen. Have to restart the console every time. I did get Netflix to work, but after 40 minutes into a movie it kicked me out of xbox live for some reason :/ Had to restart
cause couldn't sign back into Netflix, now it doesn't work again.

 

Ive been having the same problem and its really getting annoying. Might watch a show 15sec or 10min and then it freezes, and shuts down....That cant be good for the Xbox

 

Same here! It has happened while streaming video on the Amazon app and also while streaming using the ESPN app. Freezes and then shuts down. Sometimes it happens after a few seconds or at other times it's after several minutes. No rhyme or reason to it.
And the console is not running hot so I don't know what the problem is.

 

Thanks for the replies, did you guys buy the Titanfall Bundles by chance?
