    Dear fellows,

    I used to watch netflix and play games on my Xbox One without any problems, but now many movies/series I try to watch on netflix freeze frequently, and the "buffering wheel" goes up to only 25%. I noticed that most games I play, specially deadrising3 is
    also freezing. I already tried every solution proposed via twitter, by the company support and nothing. The internet connection seems to be flawless and the netflix support blames Xbox. I even reset the system to factory settings, and the problem persist.
    I googled the situation and it seems to be a frequente problem, but I can't seem to find a solution. Can anyone help me? Thank you very much!!!

    I'm having issues with Netflix too. I can choose any profile login but one you choose a show or flick everything freezes at 25% no matter if the show is HD or not...If the show does start to stream after about two minutes of streaming the show will buffer
    and freeze at 25% again... I can run Crunchy roll and Hulu at HD and not have a single issue at all. Removing the app and resetting the Xbox doesn't seem to work at all once updates take place... My Roku box streams Netflix with out issues... I can run Netflix
    on Roku and my pc at the same time with out issue...

    Netflix freezes constantly

    Netflix has been freezing on me lately. I used to never have any problems , now all of a sudden, ill be watching something and it will stop and began refreshing . but freezes at 25%. I don't have this problem with Amazon.

    Netflix has finally been updated

    When I try to snap the new Netflix while I'm playing a game the netflix stream freezes. The sound still plays but the video freezes. Anyone else having this problem??

    There are a lot more issues with this update. Honestly its extremely embarrassing how much of step back it is.
