Netflix frame freeze but audio continues, disconnects for no reason.

I encauntered a couple of problems with audio on the background and frame lag/freeze problems

can't play a single thing on Amazon on the X1 right now. Video slows and stutters until it's freeze framed. Audio is fine, so it's not the connection.

Already tried that once before and didn't help, now i can play GTA for like 5-10mins and then the freezed frame and the audio playing

I also am having this problem as first posters explains to a tee. Netflix plays for a few seconds, image freezes, audio continues and then distorts > crash. I also noticed skipping during gameplay as well. I never had this problem before the most recent
updates between xb1 and netflix. If someone could please address this, that would be awesome so I dont have to send in my whole system.

Yea this is becoming a real problem, the constant frame drop is really annoying. i'm just playing a game and all of a sudden it'll freeze frame for a second then go back to normal and then freeze frame again, this will continue for like 1-2 minutes, and
it's happening on multiple games, it's not my connection, and i haven't even had this system for a year so i don't think it's failing. and it does seem to have started once the newest xbox system update came out.
