Netflix flickering issue

Since I first got my Xbox 360 S 4GB in 2010 I've had problems with the Netflix app.

My latest issue is the menu flickers every second while I'm logging on and browsing movies while using High Definition settings. When I try to play a movie it won't play. I've tried this on different TVs and with different Hdmi cables to no avail.

Edit: this issue does not happen with other video streaming apps I use like TWC TV.

Netflix flickering

Whenever I open Netflif, it just flickers in a small portion of the screen. I've tried changing my video settings to 720. I've got brand new awesome hdmi cords, I've plugged it directly into the TV instead of using my AVR box, I've uninstalled and reinstalled

Any other advice to fix this problem? It seems to only happen with Netflix. All other games open just fine. I've also done a hard reboot and left it unplugged completely for half the day. Nothing seems to be working

Netflix flickering

Ok, it could be the cable itself then. Do you have another that you could try? If so, do that. If it still has the same problem there may be an issue with the video card/HDMI card and could require a repair of the console.

Have you tried deleting the app, clearing the cache and then redownloading it?

it also keeps flickering during a game play, netflix and internet explorer are fine.

i cannot even connect to Netflix or HBO Go since monday morning. i don't understand why this is happening no one seems to have any kind of fix for these issues. i have tried everything that i can find but nothing works. my youtube streams and i can use internet
explorer to view things but when i sign into netflix all i get is a black screen, and when I use HBO GO it starts up but when i select something to watch all i get is the same black screen with no way out but to reset my console to get back to the home screen.

You can certainly send it in for repairs. As a matter of fact, so long as you registered your console when you purchased it a warranty should still be available on it for the repair. Please click the link and follow the instructions to set up a repair
