Netflix "exceeds maximum maturity rating."

i am having the same problem, slightly different. i went to download netflix on my xbox1 today and i get a message stating ''Ask a parent or guardian for help this product is rated for kids older than you'' and i am using an adult account(also enrolled in
preview program) please help and im having this problem with other apps as well

I am also having this problem. What I thought it had to do with was my profile and my sons profile. When I deleted all other Netflix profiles, I could watch anything. Once I created additional profiles, I would get a different error. When I created my
wife's profile, the error was a generic error stating there was a problem and to try again in a few minutes. Once I created my son's profile (child 12 and under setting), then I would get the error about ratings... Works fine on everything except my xbox...

Same thing here. I clicked signed out in netflix and signed back in works fine now. [tag:annoying] [tag:netflix]sucks

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Works the same as going to xbox home, back into netflix, xbox home and back to netflix which is What I currently do. This has been happening to me for a long time. It used to be just when I switched from kid to adult like
there was a lag but it just interupted me with it after being on my profile for a couple hours already. I hope they fix it soon.
