Netflix "exceeds maximum maturity rating."

Same thing here. I clicked signed out in netflix and signed back in works fine now. [tag:annoying] [tag:netflix]sucks

 

I'm having the same problem. Two adult and one kids profile. My son uses Netflix the most but now I can't watch my shows.

 

In my experience, this usually occurs because a NetFlix stream was unexpectedly interrupted. To resolve this issue, try:

• Restarting your NetFlix app
• Rebooting your Xbox console
• Reinstall the NetFlix app.
• This is the best solution. In the Hard Drive, Games & Apps, delete the NETFLIX SAVED GAME file.
  

 

I have found a way to sort it out. It happened to my profile on my xbox 360. Try going on device on your Xbox 360 or one on the Netflix app and remove Netflix from your device and sign back in on that device. It worked for me I hope it works for everyone
2 ps not sure if it is the same on one as I haven't got a xbox one.

 

I had this issue and went into the Xbox One settings and found a "Block explicit TV" setting was turned on somehow. I turned it off, launched Netflix and was good to go. Hope that helps some others.

I am also having this problem. What I thought it had to do with was my profile and my sons profile. When I deleted all other Netflix profiles, I could watch anything. Once I created additional profiles, I would get a different error. When I created my
wife's profile, the error was a generic error stating there was a problem and to try again in a few minutes. Once I created my son's profile (child 12 and under setting), then I would get the error about ratings... Works fine on everything except my xbox...

 

Got it again guys! How long do we have to wait for a fix!

 

Constantly happens to me, so annoying. About ready to go buy something else for Netflix so I don't have to deal with this BS. I have 3 adult profiles and two kid profiles. Auto sign in is an adult account but not the main XBL account, it's a family add
on account.

On this auto sign in adult account with no restrictions in Xbox settings the kids watch Netflix on their profiles during the day (restricted Netflix settings for kids). 95% of the time I get the exceeds rating error later that night when we try to watch
something. Sometimes restarting the app works or restarting the Xbox. If I sign into the main XBL account it works right away without any issues. But I don't set my main account because this is our second Xbox one, I do my gaming on the other in the media
room. Please help, at this point I'm almost ready to buy something else to not deal with this every night.

 

I had this happen to me for the first time tonight. No idea why. I just switched to kids profile and then back to mine and it started to work again.

 

same problem here. so annoying. Not getting any points with the wife when this $500 machine canèt even play Netflix... need to fix this asap.

Netflux says it's a xbox problem and they were told xbox is working on an update. Xbox sure are taking their sweet a** time on it.

 

Fwiw re-downloading (from Xbox 360 home go to the app, select app details, then download again) just fixed this issue for me on my 360. It was working fine on my Xbox One but then I started getting the error on my 360 yesterday.
