Netflix "exceeds maximum maturity rating."

So I have my settings set to adult. I have my xbox one on adult. I'm a freaking adult! And yet, everytime (literally) I start my xbox one, and view a show, it states it has exceeded the maximum maturity rating. So per a reddit post I uninstall it and
reinstall the app and it works. For the day. What the hell. Any tips?

FXNOW not playing MA rated programming

My FXNOW app will work fine when I play movies or tame things like Arrested Development but when I try to play MA rated stuff like Justified, Chosen, Sons of Anarchy (so most of their programming) it gives me the message, "Maximum Rating Exceeded: The
current content rating exceeds the maximum rating provided by your TV provider." I have Comcast and I checked the settings on both the cable box itself and the Xbox One. Any ideas? Also when I pin individual shows to home it says it's pinned to home but it
doesn't actually show up in my pins. Frustrating.

The maximum points used per purchase can't exceed $100.00 USD.

The maximum points purchased within a 24-hour period can't exceed $125.00 USD.



The maximum points used can't exceed $400.00 USD (or 20,000 points) per day.
> So that means this limit resets within 24 hours from the time you got the message telling you that you've hit your limit.

The maximum points stored on your account can't exceed $950.00 USD.

I am also having the issue, but you can just sign your account out of the app and sign back in to solve the problem. Its incredibly annoying and I hope they fix it soon.

 

I am having the same problem, Netflix works on my phone and laptop, wont work on Xbox

 

I have never had this problem until today. Last night I updated to the new March preview build so I wonder if that had something to do with it. I hope they fix this soon.

 

I have the same problem... I can watch Parenthood on my Xbox 360 fine, but can't on my Xbox One... Very annoying. Please fix this soon!!

 

Same problem here but only on my Netflix profile, my wife's netflix profile (also set to adult) works fine. Stupid Netflix app.

 

So has this been resolved for anyone? I got this for the first time tonight. Never seen it before. There are 3 profiles in my Netlfix account (2 Adult and 1 Kid), but I'm using my adult account that has never had a problem watching mature content before.

 

I too am now having this issue as well attempting to play Archer S4E12.

I have checked the steps outlined there and as far as I can tell my profile is an Adult with any kid boxes unchecked. More importantly, I haven't ever changed those settings Hoping it's the kind of thing that resolves itself pretty quick since no one
has really followed up with a resolution.

Which was the 1st result on Google when I was searching but I clicked this one first anyway. Gaahhh. Worked like a charm (uninstall, reinstall).

 

I'm also suffering from this annoyance. I wonder if it would have something to do with the instant on feature. Don't remember having this issue before switching to that mode. The issue appears sporadically, so hard to troubleshoot. None of my other Netflix
devices (ps4, win pc, Android phone) give me this problem. Only xbox one.

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Works the same as going to xbox home, back into netflix, xbox home and back to netflix which is What I currently do. This has been happening to me for a long time. It used to be just when I switched from kid to adult like
there was a lag but it just interupted me with it after being on my profile for a couple hours already. I hope they fix it soon.

 

Doing the same here. This truly is getting old! Hopefully MS or NF get off their arses and fix it.

 

I just uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times and the issue is still there this time it will not go away
