Netflix error on Xbox one

No error code

Uninstalled Netflix and reinstalled again.

As I was able to reach out to the MS app store, and the advert of Netflix came up fine, and was able to install the Netflix App, I infer that - there was no issue with the hardware or the network.

In summary, the issue is with the XBox Live Service.

Mine is XBox One.

Xbox One. Ive tried to open Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and Minecraft. All get the same error message.

I suggest to try troubleshooting the console operating system by performing a soft factory reset and keeping games and apps

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

try to Restart your xbox one console, my xbox do the same problem and i did the same opcion and it works!
