    Netflix error NW-2-5 Xbox One


    Just recently moved into an apartment building and the connection here doesn't seem to want to let me use netflix, but works for every other app/game just fine.

    Any suggestions on how to get netflix working again?

    Here is the prompt code I keep getting, followed by a never ending "retrying to connect" screen:

    Need help with my Netflix app

    Hi, I have a similar issue to you. The netflix app on xbox one does not connect and I receive the error code nw-2-5. When I analyse the connection server 1 and 4 are fine but server 2&3 have an error message nw-2-5. All my other devices such as android phone,
    iPads and PC connect fine. I have spent hours on the helpline but got nowhere. Is anyone having the same issues?
