netflix error nw-2-5 PLEASE HELP

so, i have been having problems with my xbox one connecting to netflix for about a week now. i ty to open the netflix app and it shows the load screen for about 3 minutes and then a screen pops up that says "couldn't connect to netflix. please try again
or restart your home network and streaming device" i tried restarting my xbox, i uninstalled netflix and re installed it and still NOTHING. it works on my computer just fine so its not a problem with the internet connection. i then went and checked the connection
and it wont connect to either 3 netflix servers but my xbox IS connected to the internet. someone please help. i looked all over and cant find any resolution to this problem. even though everyone seems to be having a problem with netflix right now. its driving
me CRAZY.

This is a Network issue, so of coarse after a week I'm sure you have tried all the troubleshooting on your console, like power cycle, removing any interference, deleting and re-downloading the app itself.... If nothing has helped this issues, the last thing
you can do on the console would be to factory restore it, before you do that you should move to troubleshooting you internet first by unplugging it, resetting it, try to do port forwarding to your Xbox One, and if you cannot determine what to do yourself you
would need to contact your internet provider for support on their end.

I had the same issue for several months. This issue only affected Netflix, not any other streaming service such as Amazon, Hulu, or other online games on my X1 console. The only thing that change, prior to this issue, was switching to a new cable modem.
Even reverted by X1 back to factory, which still didn't fix this issue. Finally ran across the answer on the vendor site of my cable modem. Basically enabling a guest network fixed the issue on my cable modem: How to set up Guest Network of TP-Link cable modem routers?（Blue UI） | TP-Link

The vendor for my modem is TP_LINK, which as of 2 months ago was among the top 5 DOCSIS cable modems on Amazon.
