    Netflix error NW-2-5 on XBOX One


    Creating a new thread per the suggestions of the XBOX One Staff. Issue: Netflix App not loading on XBOX One. Getting NW-2-5 error. Netflix. All Netflix servers don't reach the internet so all NW-2-5 servers fail to connect. All other Apps in my XBOX ONE work
    fine:, Amazon Prime, EPIC, TWC App, etc. I have an XBOX 360 which Netflix works perfectly. Both Consoles are connected to the 2.4GHz band on my network (I have also tried 2.5GHz with no success one my XBOX One). They are connected wireless but I also tried
    to connect my XBOX One directly to my Cablemodem with no success. I spent an hour with Netflix and we followed the instructions from their article: Netflix Error NW-2-5 . The referred me to my ISP which I was puzzled as my other devices,
    and my XBOX 360 works fine using the same network, / same band / etc. I spent another hour with my ISP (Spectrum) and after that I agree with them that it must has something to do with my XBOX One --> Interaction with Netflix APP. I am completely out of ideas
    as I called all entities involved (Netflix, ISP) except XBOX which is why I am posting this in hope that somebody has a fix.

    Need help with my Netflix app

    Hi, I have a similar issue to you. The netflix app on xbox one does not connect and I receive the error code nw-2-5. When I analyse the connection server 1 and 4 are fine but server 2&3 have an error message nw-2-5. All my other devices such as android phone,
    iPads and PC connect fine. I have spent hours on the helpline but got nowhere. Is anyone having the same issues?

    Netflix error NW-2-5 on XBOX One

    I just started having this problem about a week ago & the only troubleshooting "tips" I found were to do a hard reset. I also can't seem to get the NHL.TV app working either. It just keeps telling me "Data is unavailable. Please, check your internet connection."
    I've rebooted my modem/router/xbox, I've tried uninstalling the apps & then re-installing but nothing works. It seems to work on every other device though which is weird.
