Netflix Error Code / Update Not Working

tried to watch Netflix and then an Update came up then after update I got this Service Code. I got it settled from the Xbox Customer Support all you have to do is Delete the app from your Xbox 360 Console and then Clear Your System Cashe then Turn Restart
your system and then Redownload Netflix and you should be good to go it work for me !! Hope this helps anyone else with this issue!!

unable to download exsisting netflix account after update

Before the update I had and used a netflix account on my XboX, my live membership, netflix membership and internet are working fine, but when attempting to download netflix app after the update to dashboard I am unable to download. No error code is given
as is any reason why it will not download, it simply says I cant download.

 

Netflix not working keeps saying nw-2-5

after the recent update march 2 2018 for the Netflix app on Xbox one. It keeps saying error code nw-2-5 after just loading the app.. Netflix was working perfectly fine right before the new update. Also my internet is also working perfectly fine. As I contacted
Netflix about it also and they said it was my internet. But it's not. All my other apps for streaming are working. Gaming is good too. Why did it start acting up right after the new update. I don't like it as my kids watching Netflix mostly over the weekend
and now they cant.

Thanks had the same problem just a few minutes ago, re-downloading netflix now. Hopefully should be all good to go ^^

 

I'm having the same trouble with my 360. I've unplugged the system and router and plugged back in. I've cleared the cache and nothing as worked. Dose anybody know what to do short of factory reset?
