Netflix error code nw-1-19

My netflix has been working fine, now all of the sudden on 05/25/15 Im getting the error message " Your device may not be connected to the Internet. Please make sure your connection in working and try again. Code nw-1-19"

My device IS properly connected all other apps and games are streaming fine. I have deleted netflix & re downloaded 4 or 5 times, I have changed the the DNS settings per someone else's suggestion, nothing is working. Any helps out there?

I am getting the same nw-1-19 error code. This is getting really annoying. I miss my Netflix! All other internet works great games are smooth and Netflix works on all tablets/computers just not on my Xbox 360.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. When you have some time set aside, I would first suggest checking out and following along with Netflix's troubleshooting steps for error
NW-1-19.

Same problem here. this has happened before maybe a year ago or so. Everything is fine and then it will say it may not be connected but it is. verified it is on automatic. rebooted the router rebooted the xbox. tried signing out then back in. I finally
made it word yesterday but same problems today and can't get it to work this time. Just about to try the 8.8.8.8 trick that worked once before. it suggest it is on moderate but I have no idea how to change the setting on the router. beside it is a new problem
so it is not on my end
