    Need help on issue using Netflix on xbox one s.

    Posted on a previous post where other was also having same problem, but i can't see where it was resolved?

    Hi, i'm from South Africa, and started having the same issue, does anybody have any answers of the problem yet?

    We only get this when we start up Netflix, seems our other apps on the Xbox one S works fine, and i bought the xbox in Feb 2019.

    Sorry to hear it. I searched online for you and found a possible solution. Please try going to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings then clear the MAC address. This seems to have worked for other people so hopefully it will work for you.

    If that does not work then you may need to try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't have to redownload them and your saves will be safe on the cloud.

    Hi there.

    A few steps to try before we move on.

    1. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If not, go to My Games and Apps>Apps>Netflix and hold the start button. Then click uninstall. You can then search the Microsoft store and reinstall it.

    2. If that doesn't work, with your console on, hold the power button until the console switches off. Then remove the plug for 2-3 minutes before rebooting the console. This is called power cycling.

    The code is from xbox. I keep getting this code while trying to get into hulu. It states to go to xbox.com/errorhelp. Then It says to enter code, we enter

    0xc0000189 and it states:

    Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0xc0000189".

    This is where xbox said to go with this code. Why doesn't xbox error help recognise it's own code. Please update the Xbox help site.
