Netflix download

I can't download netflix.. No error code pops up just when I go to download it says can't download netflix

I am having the same problem. I have deleted netflix and cleaned the cach. I can download other apps. I am connected to xbox live. When I attempt to download netflix again it gives me a moment of the active downloads screen then says "Cant download Netflix"
with no error code.

I am having the same issue where Netflix stops downloading at 79% and restarts. Eventually Xbox tells me "Can't download Netflix".

Hello! In the console store does the Netflix app appear as available for download? What is the status? Maybe directly with the support you can get some procedure that you haven't tried yet, good luck !!!

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get Netflix installed so that you can stream the quarantine away. I can totally see how this could be pretty frustrating a situation to deal with but hopefully we can be of some help. I would totally
try a soft factory reset if none of the troubleshooting steps that you have posted have helped so far.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

When you get the chance, try following the steps here on
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, selecting the option denoted
reset and keep my games & apps and let us know how that helps with the issue .
