Netflix doesn't work on my Xbox 1

Hi everyone, when I go onto the Netflix app, it loads fine up until the profile select page, where the screen freezes. I've only had the One for about 3 weeks, and the first 2 I had no problem. I've tried restarting the xbox, closing the app and opening
it again, and even uninstalling and re-downloading the app. I've tried using Xbox smart glass remote, but alas, no result. Netflix has worked fine on other devices recently as well, my Iphone and laptop both run it fine. I tried going on the app with another
xbox account, and it asked me to sign in or register, however, it wouldn't let me do either, as the screen was frozen again. Any help would be great with this issue, thanks.

netflix error code nw-1-19

I am getting the same nw-1-19 error code. This is getting really annoying. I miss my Netflix! All other internet works great games are smooth and Netflix works on all tablets/computers just not on my Xbox 360.

Revert to an actual working Xbox voice command mode

So my usual Pre-Cortana Netflix ritual was to say

Xbox On

Xbox Goto Netflix

Xbox Select

Xbox Next List/Play 1/etc...

When I activated the Cortana anti-feature I found that that Netflix integration didn't work anymore, so I turned off the Cortana anti-feature. "Xbox On" and "Goto Netflix" still work, but Xbox Select no longer pulls up the possible commands. How do I get
the Xbox One voice activation to work again?

Hey there BOSHstrich!

Sorry to hear about the Netflix issue! I see you have tried redownloading the app, but let's do that again. This time, before you reinstall the app, do a full power cycle on your Xbox One console, which will clear the system cache. Follow each step below:

Uninstall Netflix.

Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.

Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Plug the power back in and power on.

Reinstall Netflix

Try each of those steps above and post back to let us know how it goes!

The Netflix app works, even remembered my profile, but the games and the Xbox profile doesn't.

I have 2 suggestions to try.

1) Sign into the Netflix website and go to your account. Then go to Manage Netflix ready devices and computers and see if you can disconnect the Xbox from there. Then try activating it again through the console.

2) If that doesn't work, try deleting the Netflix app from the console and then re-downloading it.

Doesn't always work. My gf made an account of my xbox but she can't watch Netflix it makes no sense

I have the same issue, on box Xbox S, and now Xbox X. The passthrough doesn't work for Netflix. Very frustrating as Atmos content from Netflix does not work correct. This is only happening with Netflix, all else is fine with Atmos.
