Netflix doesn't start on my XBOX One X anymore

Yesterday I tried to start the Netflix app on the One X. After the red Netflix screen the screen gets black and nothing is happening anymore. The external harddrive is starting to blink. The receiver keeps on switching between Dolby stereo, surround and
Dolby Atmos while on the screen the message is shown "no device connected on HDMI 4...".

I have to switch off the One X by press the button for 10 seconds.

Netflix has been uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result.

Everything else is working fine on the One X.

Netflix on the One S at my girl-friends house is working fine.

How to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out top Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [DO NOT KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything (Games and Apps], go with that option.

Try disabling your closed caption setting somtimes this interferes with stream apps ,also try enabling cortana this helps with navigation to your apps

Try restarting by holding xbox button on the controller and selecting restart if not, uninstall and reinstall the app

If you want an alternative way, you could try hard resetting your Xbox, by holding down the Xbox Power Button for 10 Seconds, then once it turns off you can unplug it from behind and then wait a minuet or so and plug it back in, it may fix your issue.
