Discus and support Netflix doesn't save watched episodes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This worked fine on the 360 app and other devices.     Netflix doesn't save watched episodes


    This worked fine on the 360 app and other devices. We only have issues across all of our profiles on the xbox one app. This has been a problem off and on since we bought the Xbox one 6 months ago...lately it has been basically off though. When will the app
    be fixed?

    Issues with Netflix

    For a while now, Netflix on my Xbox one won't save, where I'm at in a show, what shows I've watched, or what episodes Ive watched. I have to research for every show (Since it doesn't have it in my recently watched) and try and guess what episode I'm on.
    Ever since there was an overhaul to the Netflix app, it has been a terrible app.

    That is really odd. I just watched episode 8 yesterday. Have you tried contacting Netflix support?

    Netflix doesn't save watched episodes

    Sorry to hear it. This happens on both my 360 and Xbox One. However, this is not the fault of Xbox but of Netflix themselves. You should contact them to see what they can do about it.

    That doesn't help at all. I am sick of watching Netflix on my days off and after about 6 episodes I get disconnected from Netflix and then this error code pops up. it is really annoying!

    This new dashboard is terrible, it makes watching Netflix and Hulu overly difficult. To watch a show on netflix, you have to start the show first then select more episodes and choose the one you want from there instead of the simple way of choose episode
    and watch. For Hulu, you have to go through several options before you can select the episode you want, making it irritating as hell. Should've kept the last dashboard instead of this new one.

    Sorry to hear it. This happens on both my 360 and Xbox One. However, this is not the fault of Xbox but of Netflix themselves. You should contact them to see what they can do about it.

    Netflix Achievements not Unlocking

    there is acheivement for rating title on netflix and using it often. with the longest being using netflix 30 days in a row

    I got the triple play achievement. It say watch 3 episodes in a row. Maybe you had a break between 2 episodes
