Netflix do not start

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

I did go ahead and check the
Netflix Status and everything is up and running on their end. I would recommend trying to perform a
power
cycle. It will close out the apps and such when the console restarts.

To do the power cycle try holding the power button for 10 seconds then unplugging the console for 1 minute. Plug the console back in and turn it on.

Give this a try and let us know how it goes

Sorry to hear about the error code issue while trying to access apps. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cable.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try loading one of the apps that is experiencing the issue.
  
• If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the affected app.

Same issue here. Going on day 2 now with nothing. It's pretty ridiculous.

Same issue, cannot access Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Instant Video. My guess is that it's related to the current core services problem that is making signing in a problem.

Why do we have to be signed into Microsoft to connect to services outside of Microsoft anyways?
