Netflix, Disney+, Blu Ray Issues

I am about done with this system. My Series X continues to have problems daily and I am curious if I am the only one. My Netflix will open and launch a movie or show fine then simply go black. Sound will still play but there will be no picture. My Disney+ will work for a while then I will get the Error 39. I have tried the troubleshooting steps or switching HMDI ports and even swapped out the included HDMI cord with an 8K cord. When launching a Blu Ray it will play for five minutes then go black.

The system is hardwired into 800 mbps internet and I have the LG C1 TV.

I know it is not my internet causing connection issues.

This system is only viable for games at this point. That is not enough for me to keep it. Has anyone else run in this same list of issues and can help me out?

Can you please tell me what troubleshooting steps did you do? Did you try to turn Auto-HDR off?

Also, did you try to change the hdmi input settings from 2.0 to 1.4, putting your tv into 4k 30hz only mode?

Changing color depth on Xbox can also work for some people. Sometimes it's set to 8-bit and your TV is 10-bit... Sometimes it can only work on 8-bit.

What can works too is to Allow YCC 4:2:2. Go to Settings > General > TV & Display Options > Video Modes > Allow YCC 4:2:2.

This is a problem that affect a lot of customers and there are several small things you can try to do. Try doing the above steps and let me know if it works for you.

Will not play Disney blu rays at all. Works on other blu ray playes but not on xbox one.

YCC was not enabled but, but color was, No updates for blu ray app. I am thinking it is the blu ray app as netflix on xbox outputs Dolby Vision without issue

The system supports Dolby Vision in certain streaming apps like Netflix, Disney +, and Vudu, but it's not yet supporting playback of 4k discs with Dolby Vision through the blu-ray app. Hopefully they will eventually patch an update to do so. But currently,
it does NOT.
