Netflix crashing to to solid black screen

I had this problem on my original Xbox one starting about a year ago and I recently upgraded to an Xbox one X assuming it would be resolved, but it is not. When I launch Netflix it goes to the white screen with red letters. The screen then changes to the
black screen with red letters for about 3 seconds. The screen then cuts out to all black, and stays that way. Then I am still able to hold the Xbox button and shut off the system or controller, but I cannot see anything on the TV. Also at this point my dream
screen (tv back lighting that projects the colors on the screen onto the wall) starts to randomly blink colors even though the screen is black.The only way I can restart my system is the do a hard reset and unplug the system and plug it back in. It cannot
be a problem with the hardware since this has happened using different systems, cables and TVs, and it happened before the dream screen. It has also been happening over the course of several Xbox updates. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app
as well as using different live accounts to access the app. None of these things are working. I Also cannot find many people who are having this same problem

Netflix crashing on start up

I've been using the Netflix app for months now, up until October when I started to experience problems. The app launches and keeps crashing on the loading screen (black screen with red Netflix writing).

I've tried holding the Xbox power button down for 10 seconds and doing a hard restart. I've also tried reinstalling the app. I just can't get it to work. It's beginning to get frustrating, is anyone else suffering from this problem? Maybe someone has
had this occur before and found a fix?
