    Netflix crashes on start-up


    I've been using the Netflix app for months now, up until October when I started to experience problems. The app launches and keeps crashing on the loading screen (black screen with red Netflix writing).

    I've tried holding the Xbox power button down for 10 seconds and doing a hard restart. I've also tried reinstalling the app. I just can't get it to work. It's beginning to get frustrating, is anyone else suffering from this problem? Maybe someone has
    had this occur before and found a fix?

    (Xbox one) Netflix Crashing on startup

    So; I start up netflix and it crashes once it gets to the black screen with red lettering. Anyone else suffering from the same problem?

    ok my problem became worse. i deletted the app and was trying to reinstall it but now it will not download!!! I need help fixing this please!!

    Okay, so I see that you're having the issue on both the wired and wireless connection. I'm assuming the wired connection is through the router. Is this correct? Could you try connecting the Xbox 360s directly to the modem, one at a time, to see if the issue
    occurs then, too?

    To be clear, do you experience a similar issue in any other application on your Xbox 360? Do games take longer than usual to load up? How about downloads for items such as demos or trailers? Do they seem to be at their usual speed?

    And as for the other systems using Netflix, are they connected to the same network through the same network point?
