    Netflix crashe after 5 seconds then goes to the dashboard


    every time I attempt to access Netflix or xbox video(this problem doesn't occur with VUDU for some reason) the app goes back to the home screen, and iv'e tried un-installing then re-installing, rebooting the xbox, nothing works please help.

    Netflix not starting (after intstallation of Preview Dashboard Update)

    My Netflix (and Amazon Instant Prime) App is not starting after todays Preview Dashboard Installation on my Xbox One.If I click on the App to start it, it then goes fullscreen mode for a while, times out after about 60 seconds and goes back to the dashboard
    starting screen. Is this a known issue?

    It happens alot. It will freeze up and after 5-10 seconds and then crash back to the dashboard. Ive tried the above steps but it hasnt helped. It happens on most websites with ads on.

    Mine just goes back to the dashboard after 30 seconds of loading. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    XBOX ONE GAMES CLOSING TO DASHBOARD

    Its now February and this is still an issue, in fact for me its a lot worse, as the only game that would crash to dashboard was Battlefield.

    It now happens in most games for me, the most annoying is Xbox fitness and usually about 15 minutes into a workout. Today it did it twice, once during Mossa Fight workout after 15 minutes and then 20 seconds before the end of Mossa groove!!

    Netflix is also an issue, so its nothing to do with updates causing the crash.

    Hello Miss Diggz!

    It happens in both Offline and Online. The game doesn't reach the main menu, it crashes while on the second loading screen.

    And no, no message of any sorts. The Xbox just goes to the dashboard, closing the game at the same time.
