    Netflix constantly interrupted, although I have a gold membership.


    I have the Netflix disconnect issue with my xbox 360. It says I need a gold membership, even though I clearly have one. I've deleted my profile, cleared my cache, deleted netflix and reinstalled, etc. All of this is utter crap, Microsoft!

    I'm trying to activate my Netflix account on my Xbox

    Netflix and gold memberships are two different things. Even if you have a gold membership you still need to buy a netflix membership to access netflix.

    Keep getting disconected from xbox live

    My connection to xbox live keeps getting interrupted.

    I bought a 12 months gold and when I try to download Snipper Elite V2, its constantly interrupted because of that.

    I have a fast cable connection (gave up on xbox wireless) and tried everything on the fórum.

    Need help

    This is a known problem, I had it happen to me. I called support and it ended up being my ISP with to slow a speed. Gibe them a call they'll sort you out! Good luck

    Still having the same trouble today that this original poster had. I am having trouble starting Netflix. Although my Xbox recognizes my gold membership, Netflix bounces me to the 'upgrade' screen. I tried re-downloading my profile, but that didn't work.

    You can also be signed in on 1 Xbox 360 and 1 Xbox One at the same time. This means you can put your 360 in the living-room or bedroom and have it for Netflix without worrying about someone interrupting play on your Xbox One or needing to pay for another
