Netflix "Back" button appears on-screen

Hi,

1. From the home screen of the Netflix app, press the Back button on your controller. (This is the small button to the left of the guide button.)

2. Select the Gear from the screen that appears.

3. Select Sign out in the lower-left corner of the next screen.

Or uninstall and then to install the application , then log in with your account.

I say xbox go to Netflix....the Netflix title screen appears and the circular loading icon comes up at the bottom, then it freezes and goes back to the home screen.....any ideas?

If you open other games and apps to move the tiles off your home screen and then open them again to put them back, does this still happen? What I mean is, let's say Netflix is on your home screen. If you open 5 other apps and it goes off of your home screen,
and then open Netflix again, does it appear normal?

I have the same problem. It's happened quite a few times.

Series X and Lg CX.

Watching Netflix, the screen goes black. I still see the Netflix interface and if I back out of the video, I get back to the Netflix selection screen. Pressing the home button takes me back to the Xbox dash board. Going back into the video, it plays for 2 seconds, and then black screen again. At first I thought it was Dolby Vision, so I disabled that, and still black screen. Changed it from 120hz to 60hz, black screen. I ended up closing the Netflix app from the Xbox Dashboard and it seems to be working fine now.

I'm pretty tech savvy, so I can troubleshoot, but for someone that isn't, this is horrible. Especially after paying money for this thing. It should just "work"
