Discus and support Netflix askng me to update to xbox gold live and I already have it!, in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Let's me play about 5 mins every time them bounces me out and asks me to upgrade to xbox gold which I already have?     Netflix problem - Upgrade to Gold?

    Have had my xbox for a while. Gold had expired. Over the weekend, I reupped for Gold and got Netflix. Now if I play netflix, 5 mins in (it varies), netflix disconnects and the xboxs prompts me to upgrade to xbox live gold (which I already have).I tried clearing
    my cache as well as re-installing the netflix app with no luck. Please advise. Extremely frustrating.

    I cant join parties or watch netflix cuz it says I need xbox live gold, but I have xbox live gold. I even tried to use a trial and when I entered it in it said I already have gold. I can also play online but I cant join parties or watch netflix.

    It is because your connection is to weak I would suggest using a Ethernet cable if your currently using wi-Fi I had this same problem

  5. I'm having the same problem. It cant be the weak signal. It was working fine last week and my signal strength hasnt changed. The last two days its been asking me to upgrade to xbox live gold and I have it. Its annoying. I have to go back to start menu and
    restart netflix again. It works fine on my apple tv.

    i am fighting with that same issue for the last 20 days i have Xbox live support , netflix support , my internet provider support, nobody knows what it is, they even told me that they didnt knew this issue exists.. if u find solution let me know please...

    IT ISNT A [MOD REMOVED] WEAK SIGNAL STOP PUSHING THAT EXCUSE. I HAVE MINE WIRED INTO MY
    [MOD REMOVED] CABLE MODEM AND ITS STILL DISCONNECTING PLAYBACK EVERY 5-20 MINS. NOTHING IS WORKING.

    Constantly getting kicked out of Netflix

    I'm experiencing the same issue. I have a valid XBOX live account, and while watching a Netflix movie, it will seemingly randomly kick me out of netflix and prompt me to sign in to a valid XBOX live account. I'll give the networking troubleshooting suggestions
