Netflix App Unusable on Xbox One

I have been experiencing the following problems with using the Netflix app on Xbox One.

The app takes 3 minutes approx to load.

The Netflix interface is extremely buggy/laggy. Due to this, I am unable to access my friends list by double tapping the home button while in the Netflix app.

I have tried to report to problem using the Xbox One interface, by holding the home button while in the Netflix app. Once I select the option 'Report a Problem', my console powers itself off.

I have tried the following steps to troubleshoot this problem

Hard-reset console. (Didn't work)

Delete Netflix app and reinstall (Didn't work)

I have a theory that this may be because I am a preview member, and the Netflix app is using too many system resources.

I have included proof of this issue, which I have recorded.

NETFLIX HDR PROBLEM

Yup. I too and really bothered by this. Makes the Netflix app completely unusable for me. I understand that it's a Netflix problem, but wouldn't Microsoft be the best person to contact them to get this resolved? It makes my $500 Xbox one x unusable as
an all in one media device. And even though it's a Netflix issue, it reflects poorly on the Xbox one x.

I shouldn't have to revert to using a 4 year old $150 Nvidia shield tv as my all in one media center, but because of this issue with Netflix...that's exactly what I do. It's really annoying and this needs to get fixed.

Pre-stream Xbox Fitness Videos? (aka "insufficient bandwidth" error)

same issue. the videos should transmit in lower bandwidth when the connection can't keep up (which is what netflix does).

This app is unusable and the only reason i was able to talk my wife into getting the xbox one.

I have the exact same problem, especially with Netflix. They also work fine on my computer but then on the Xbox One Hulu sometimes doesn't load any videos, on Netflix it'll load them, but more than half of the time it gets choppy: the screen freezes while
the audio keeps going. I exit and go back in, sometimes an hour later, and it still happens making the app basically unusable!

The only way Netflix could become unusable is if your console were banned, otherwise it won't, the only way would be a problem with Netflix itself.
