Netflix App not working

Hey guys,

No idea where this should be. But lately I've been running into issues with the Netflix app reporting 'this title is not available at this time'. It happens randomly. It happened again this morning about 30 minutes ago, but it's not happening now.

It happens with any title. The Xbox recommends running an internet check, which it does successfully and finds no fault. But it still won't work, even after a restart.

The Windows Netflix app is also having the same problem for me, while I can use the iphone app, and access through the browser on my PC with no problem.

I'm not running any VPNs or geounblockers.

The Xbox is also having a lot of trouble syncing game play data from FH4 between the PC and Xbox.

Could anybody let me know a work around or something?

Try deleting the app, clear the cache, restart the console then redownload the app.

uninstall the app and re-installing the app on the Xbox console.

If the console is having trouble syncing game data, this may be caused by the network connectivity to your network.

• What type of connection are you using? (wireless, ethernet)
