    Netflix app not working


    I am trying to launch the netflix app on my xbox one, but t gives me a message saying, "Something went wrong" then it gives me a error code, when I go to the xbox site and use the code it tells me to free up 200 mb of space as well to delete my gamertag.
    I have approximately 20 GB free on my hard drive and I don't really want to delete my gamertag, Is there an alternate solution?

    They told me that this is an issue with xbox live worldwide effecting the app.

    They had me uninstall their app, reload it. Reset xbox one, reset router.

    My Netflix app only doesn't work on the xbox one, works on laptop fine. This is why they said know Microsoft issue with xbox

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with the Netflix app and syncing game data on the Xbox One.

    I recommend to try
    uninstall the app and re-installing the app     on the Xbox console.

    If the console is having trouble syncing game data, this may be caused by the network connectivity to your network.

    • What type of connection are you using? (wireless, ethernet)
    For this I would suggest the following troubleshooting article: How
    to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console    (Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable) and network hardware to refresh the
    network connection.

    Try this out and let us know the results.
