    i wanted to watch netflix on my xbox and it wont load its just a black screen tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and still nothing what am i doing wrong or how can get it to work

    Hey Uncle Fester, sorry to hear about the issues with the Netflix App! Have you tried
    clearing your cache after deleting the app, and before reinstalling it? If not, can you please give that a try now? netflix app not loading :)

    I also wanted to mention that when this issue was happening I had some luck by signing out of my gamertag, starting the app and then signing back in when it was loaded.

    Load Netflix through your "My Apps" collection. It'll load that way.

    mine keeps telling me to put in a family code but i didnt activate the family code. this has been going on for over 2 months now. last night 2/17 i was able to finally get on and now i cant anymore. why is this so hard to fix

    yes deleted app first. spent ages with tec support last night and then netflixsupport which didnt help. but i used a bit of my brain tonight and boy it hurt a little lol. i removed hdd and installed to the xbox built in memory which worked till i put hdd
    back in. so iv backed up all saves to cloud and format hdd and memory cleared cache reinstalled and now its working fine. just like to say thanks for the help guys
