    So my NAT is open and I can play games online without issues, but the Netflix app is not launching Netflix.

    Basically, when you launch the app, it goes to the red loading screen and then crashes back to the dashboard. No error messeges or anything. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and it made no difference.

    Worked fine a couple days ago, not sure where to begin. The Netflix site has nothing really regarding this issue.

    Sorry to hear about the Netflix issues!

    Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps and move forward from there. I'll provide some steps below:

    • Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.
    • Unplug everything for a few minutes.
    And if that doesn't quite get you back on Netflix, Do you by any chance on your router settings have an option for WMM which is WiFi Multimedia?

    Netflix not launching

    I have been trying to open the netflix app on my xbox one. Every time I open it it starts to load then crashes and boots me back to the home screen. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again and this is still happening. Anyone else had these issues?

    Ok, here's two things to try.

    1. Highlight Netflix on your Home screen then press the Start button on the controller and choose Quit. Wait 30 seconds and try loading it again.

    2. Hold the power button on the console until it shuts down.

    Either of those options should work to get you back up and watching Netflix again.

  5. Attempted the above.

    I don't have an option to quit Netflix, I think its because it doesn't actually launch it. Tried to mess with it again today, no success.

    It does work on my laptop and on my 360, but not my Xbox one.

    I saw something in the service status saying that there are some issues with applications and games going to a black screen, don't know if its related. Its not exactly the same thing I'm experiencing.

  6. Hey there, stalker! This wouldn't be related, but I think I can fix you up.

    Delete your Netflix app from your console and shut it down by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

    Head on over to the Netflix website and log into your account. Once logged in, hover over your name in the top right and hit Your Account. Underneath YOUR PROFILE will be the option Sign
    out of all devices
    .

    This will sign you out of any device your account is signed in to, but it should solve the issue.

    Download the app again, launch it up, and sign back into your account. You should be all set!

  7. I am having the same problems with both Netflix and Hulu. I have checked everything from my modem and router to my internet speed, all is ok but neither one will load.

    Attempted the above.

    I don't have an option to quit Netflix, I think its because it doesn't actually launch it. Tried to mess with it again today, no success.
