Netflix app is not working on any of my four xbox 360 .

I am so frustrated. I have had Netflix for a year and have used it on my xbox 360 with no problem. Now just this past three weeks have been giving me a problem. So I called my internet provider, had them out three times. They replace my modem, replace my
router. Still nothing. When any of us goes to get on the Good old Netflix app, it goes to the title screen where Netflix is and the little red icon just spins, sometimes it spins for 3 minutes. Then finally it goes , But once we get out of it and try again
it either states. Netflix cannot connect to the internet. Or your device is not connected to the internet. I am so confuse, cause in order to get to Netflix you have to be on the internet. I have been in contact with xbox live, Did everything , I remove my
Netflix app off of the xbox re downloaded it, made sure that I have the new update from xbox. Does anyone know what else I can do ? I feel like I have been directed to go in a huge circle . Hopefully someone reads this and has some solution for me to try

Hi. I keep getting this error when I try to download an app 'netflix' or any other app on my xbox 360.

Xbox live is working im logged in. Tried clearing history. Reset my router and check connection on xbox

And it says everthing is fine and working.

Any help???

this error appear when i try to use NETFLIX on my xbox-one.

I didn´t find any help, even here or NETFLIX support.

I need help, cause only this app is not working for now.

XBOX get your STUFF together. It's not just Netflix, its any video streaming app that I have tried . free or paid service. All of March and now going into April streaming will lock up the console. the console refuses to shut off via remote or console
power button. This is beyond annoying. Today I ordered another type of APP Player. Which I shouldn't have to do.

I have, Reset, Flushed, and even changed my router and modem. Deleted apps and anything that may be connected. Replaced Hardrive As suggested by XBOX SERVICE SUPPORT suggested/ Internet provider has come and inspected my lines/service. Everything is checking
out fine. Yes I have tried only one device on my network and still am having the same problem.

I have also submitted on theses Fine Forums multiple times. But seems they just vanish from support.

As we can all see this is across the 360 and One, as the many posts you can read all over the web concerning this multi-month XBOX service issue.

 

Same here, for weeks...poor!
