Netflix App has Disappeared

Today I logged into my Xbox live account and noticed that Netflix had disappeared from the Home Screen. I went into app channels to see if I could open it up tat way and it is no longer listed as a app channel. I checked my Xbox to see if there were updates
available and there were none. I had my wife sign into her account and did not see it listed in the app channels. I then restarted my Xbox and resigned into my account, still no Netflix. Has this app been removed or is there a fix to get it back?

No Ultra HD category

A couple of updates ago to the Netflix app, the Ultra HD category disappeared on my Xbox One S. I can still watch Ultra HD and HDR Netflix shows when I find them in the other categories. Both of my Rokus, 4 and Ultra, still show this category. Is this a
mistake?

Hey there gohbender,

Have you checked in My Games & apps to see if the app is listed there? It's possible the app was uninstalled, so you may need to reinstall it from the Ready to Install section on the console.

Let us know what you find out!

The last Netflix app update caused all video I play in Netflix to start with subtitles turned on. Looks like a bug in the Netflix app.

Has anyone found a way to fix this?

Thank you for the reply! But no, Netflix was only listed in the pins menu. But since I've unpinned it, it completely disappeared. It's not in the "my games & apps" menu, nor in the marketplace...I tied my Xbox account with the Xbox One Smartglass, and searched
for Netflix via Smartglass, but to no avail... It's like Netflix doesn't even exist anymore.

Yet again, this is only a rented Xbox One from a big Quebec rental company.... So maybe it has something to do with that? I'm just hoping I won't have this problem once I buy my own XOne.

Hey Yenoom,

Thank you for reaching out! Make sure the Crunchyroll app has not been "hidden" by mistake. In order to

unhide a game or app press and hold the left stick on your controller, and then press the
X button. If the app still doesn't show up, try downloading it from the store using a different account. Let us know how it goes!

Hi,

I already try a power cycle et reinstall the iptv extra app.

Usually the cursor should disappear when i watch videos but it does not. I do not have this problem on youtube, netflix, microsft edge.
