    Hi everyone,

    As of yesterday night, my Netflix app decided not to work anymore (I was about to start watching Nacos S02, what a shame).

    My xbox works like a charm, apps, games, menu, etc...

    When I open Netflix, the white screen with the red logo goes full screen, than the screen flickers a bit and finally no image at all....Tv tells me there is no input anymore. At that point, if I move my thumbstick, I can hear that the app is running in
    the background but no image. And it's a pain to get back to the Xbox menu.

    I have double check all my connections, I have resetted my xbox (hard reset), unplug and replug, etc...My resolutions setup is all good with my Tv compatibility and my receiver.

    FYI, here is my setup :

    7.1 Onkyo receiver

    Samsung UHD 4k TV

    Xbox One S

    Everything should work flawlessly. (The resolution test tells me the compatibility with everything is perfect)

    I have also connected with Netflix, and for now, they can't figure out what is happening.

    Am I the only one with this issue?

    I see no 4K on netflix yet my netflix tv app has all the 4K......so?

    Lost the 4k option on Netflix app

    I installed my Xbox one s and Netflix showed the 4k option on there app. I watched a 4k program and went to watch more today and it doesn't show any 4k videos, they all say HD now. I have a 4k TV, I pay for the 4k Netflix package. My TV Netflix app works
    fine for 4k.

    Any ideas.. thanks

    Netflix 4K Streaming

    Trust me when I tell you that my xbox has plenty of bandwidth for 4k streaming. Netflix will not stream 4k in the app unless the movie is actually marked for 4K. The app only displays HD as the option, not 4K like it does on any other device that I have
    that supports 4k streaming. I do notice the difference when streaming Breaking Bad (which is a 4k serious on Netflix) on my xbox one via Netflix vs streaming it from the Netflix app on my smart 4k tv. The 4k TV smart app shows the correct 4k option on the
    show and the picture quality is wayyy better then on the xbox Netflix app.

    Yes, I have tried that. When I do 1080P for the display, it then switches to 4K only for 4K apps like Netflix and Vudu. When it switches to 4K the stuttering and flashing occurs.

    The TV is a Panasonic TC-55CX400U.

    Still no Dolby Atmos for my Onkyo TX NR797

    If you're not using a 4k tv or projector, that does create issues as only some apps and such encode atmos in 4k displays...

    Xbox One S HDR Bug

    There are problems with the Netflix app and settings for 4K content and 2K content. I have Sony 940D 4k TV and XBOX is forcing me to change all the brightness and contrast settings for 4K UHD disks. And those settings then make the 2K content too dark and
    I have to set them again. When watching content directly on the TV using the Android TV Netflix app both 4K and 2K content from Netflix display properly. I have tried 4K discs of The Martian, Independence Day, Batman VS Superman, Star Trek and Star Trek Into
    Darkness and all exhibit the same behavior. Watching Stranger Things or Wet Hot American Summer on Netflix looks fine when I use the settings for the UHD discs but when I switch to Marvel Agents of Shield the picture is way too dark. I know that the app has
    been upgraded to 4K and I am paying the additional Netflix fee to get the 4K content so would appreciate some help and insight into fixing this. Thanks!
