Netflix app crashing Xbox

This error appears for me when trying to open the Netflix app on Xbox, causing it to crash. Doesn't appear anywhere else but Netflix. I've seen people on Reddit saying they're seeing the same error for Netflix app too.

The solution above does not work. What else can you suggest to fix this?

I'm having the exact same problem, everything on the xbox one works except Netflix loads for 10-15 seconds and then crashes out and Error codes 0x80070002. Netflix still works perfectly on my desktop PC and phone.

Things tried:

-Hard reset

-uninstall and reinstall of netflix app

-uninstall neflix, hard reset xbox, resinstall app

- factory reset xbox, resintall netflix app

-logged into netflix on pc and revoked logins for all devices hoping it was an account issue. It was not.

I am still having the problem. This is very annoying.

Hello, I suggest a power reboot of console.

Instructions below:

Please hold xbox button in front of your console until light on your power surge turns a different color then it is at the moment permanently after it turns disconnect cable from power surge instead of the outlet. Release your finger from xbox button in
front of your console and press it one again. Power on your xbox power surge should be completely gone. Plug it back in and turn your xbox like you normally would. This should resolve any issue you might be having.

I'm having this same issue. It doesn't matter what I try to watch I never get more than ten minutes into a show on my Xbox One and then the video will freeze and my system will shut down. I've tried re-installing the app as well as power cycling the Xbox.
I've used the app recently and not had this issue. I don't know why it's having problems now.

Seems like the only time I can get into the app is after I restart the router. Very strange since none of the other apps have this issue.

Any ideas?
