Netflix App Audio Issues

May I know if you tried using a different sound setting?
For example, if you're using 5.1 audio change it instead and select Stereo uncompressed

You can do this via Settings > General > Audio output
If the issue persists try with each audio option available.

By the way, may I know if you tried everything from this article?

My Xbox series x plays audio just fine when I'm playing a game, but if I switch to YouTube or diney+ to watch somthing I lose all sound for some reason. I've tried resetting the sound options but nothing works, I've tried every sound option in my menu but nothing changes. I still have sound when playing games, just nothing else

I have a Series X and I have the same issue on Netflix and I believe it’s related to the frame matching. I don’t know how to disable it. But I’ve found that if I load up Netflix or maybe other streaming apps and there’s no sound, try switching from 4k to a different resolution in settings. I’m able to switch back right away and it’ll still work but doing this seems to cancel the frame matching temporarily and push audio back through for me.

you call netflix or go to netflix setings to check the audio setings of the app

i see the option for languages when i do that, but no option to switch between stereo and 5.1

i would think the netflix app would support 5.1, but i'm not positive. if someone knew for sure that might help
