Netflix and YouTube xbox360 download again... not in my storage

Discus and support Netflix and YouTube xbox360 download again... not in my storage in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i have changed my Xbox live account..... but my you tube and Netflix are not working i deleted them and reinstalled... now it says download again......     i have changed my Xbox live account.....

    but my you tube and Netflix are not working i deleted them and reinstalled... now it says download again... but they are not in my storage...

    u have cleared the cache...

    checked my Xbox live connection...

    I'm at a loss and super annoyed any suggestions. . also in the setting tab

    i can only access system, family or turn off

    Xbox one, bbc iplayer access

    Have a new xbox one, the BBC iplayer app will not open goes back ro home screen. all other apps fine netflix, youtube etc. Tried reinstalling app profile etc.

    Chatted to xbox support, tried clearing mac address and also blue ray storage clearance. App works fine on old xbox360 and pc, any suggestions

    Not sure where to post, need help!

    Hi, long time gamer here for xbox360, so I went out tonight and bought a xboxlive 25$ card to hopefully download left 4 dead 2, anyway, I didn't realize that I didn't have any storage space left, so it wouldn't let me download the game. I tried to transfer
    most of my video game progress, saved games, etc onto a USB storage device, in the long run still didn't have any storage space to install left 4 dead 2. I was pretty bummed out, went back to my apps, went to Youtube, I am fully connected to Wi-Fi, but upon
    trying to go to Youtube and going to 'Play Now' it always brings up a message "The game could't start, Try downloading the game again." but, it's Youtube?!?! Not sure what to do, I didn't transfer any apps, nor did I install anything.

    Netflix not available on XBOX 360 for free XBOX LIVE account?

    This can happen if the Netflix credentials stored on the Xbox 360 console
    are corrupted or if there's a problem with your Netflix account. In the Xbox 360 Dashboard,
    go to settings, and then select System. Select Storage. ... Select Netflix and run the setup process

    Or

    Go to apps, select My Apps, and then select Netflix. Browse or search the Netflix library
    or your queue

    I never had Netflix installed on my XBOX360. Did Netflix support get removed from XBOX360 because the console is too old and obsolete?

    I cannot find Netflix in Settings - System - Storage.

    Netflix does not appear in My Apps, nor Search.

    Youtube not working

    We have also been having youtube issues for the past couple of weeks. Anything else seems to work fine (netflix, etc) but Youtube consistently signs us out of Xbox live.. So we sign in, try to access & it signs us out again. Endless loop, two different XBOX360's,
    2 different accounts (just live now - not Live gold as of last week). Youtube isn't a paid application is it?
