    I think ive figured it out. I too have tried everything including the firmware update. But I noticed one time that, while watching Netflix, as soon as I turned on my laptop which runs off of a wireless connection, the xbox one crashed. So I decided to do
    a hardwire instead of using a wireless internet connection. Havnt had a problem since. I know it isn't a solution but at least its a workaround until the dang problem is fixed.

    i saw this and it helped.

    If you have a really nice router there will be an option for WMM. Be sure that it is DISABLED.

    WMM (Wifi Multimedia) also known as WME ( Wireless Multimedia Extension). It includes a Power Save Certification, which allows for devices to save power but in the case of the XBOX ONE will cause it to shut down. You can switch to a WIRED network cable connection
    if you can't find the setting to turn it off. WMM/WME are a QoS, such as Voice over IP (VoIP) on Wi-Fi phones (VoWLAN).

    It's designed to help devices conserve battery life managing the time the device spends in sleep mode. Great for VOIP devices, video phones, and multimedia devices bad for XBOX ONE. Microsoft needs to fix this asap. Until then turn it off. @geminiimatt

    No Audio with Netflix

    Amazingly and unintuitively this has to do with the HDMI connection on the Xbox. Try this: Play a video on Netflix and while it is playing unplug and then plug in the HDMI chord on the back of the Xbox. By all means this should not only affect one program,
    but for whatever reason a weak connection in the back of the Xbox causes Netflix to lose audio without impacting the rest of the system.

    Help error code storage

    This error appears for me when trying to open the Netflix app on Xbox, causing it to crash. Doesn't appear anywhere else but Netflix. I've seen people on Reddit saying they're seeing the same error for Netflix app too.

    The solution above does not work. What else can you suggest to fix this?

    Netflix - Super HD and 2nd Screen

    i wasn't aware of this, hopefully MS can work with netflix, as there is really no reason the 360 and Xbox one can't support it. This would be good for the 360, but on the xbox one with the current streaming video bug causing dropframes/hiccup/jutter etc
    across all apps should be fixed as well.
