Netcomm Netcomm NV6 Series: High Latency/Ping

    Hey theTINMAN23,

If there is a high ping, this usually means there could be an issue with physical location or connections to the network. Make sure to check all wired leads and that their connections are tight and well placed, all connectors and connection points free of
debris, and try to eliminate as much possible interference from wireless access points as much as possible. It may be good to contact your internet service provider so they can test your home network for possible loops and circuit issues.

I hope this info helps, thank you!

In general a wired connection does work better than wifi. Higher connection speeds, less signal loss & inference, and the physical cable is providing a connection for one device as opposed to multiple devices on wifi.
