Вчера установил на свой Виндофон приложение Моя Анжела (котик), дал поиграть дочке 5 лет. Пока готовил ей завтрак, она успела в этом приложении купить бриллиантов на 99.99 долларов.

Пытался разобраться в Поддержке, возможно ли как нибудь отменить эту покупку и попросить вернуть деньги, но что-то ума не хватило.

Соответственно вопрос людям/специалистам, способным доступно объяснить эту ситуацию: возможно ли отменить эту несанкционированную покупку и если да, то как это сделать, куда обратиться, на какой емайл...

Bom, faz tempo que não jogo porem meu cartão foi usado no dia 15/09, eu não sei o que fazer como eu cancelo esse gasto ou adquiro reembolso?

Have you tried having him sign out and sign back in his account on the game to see if this will refresh the game and show the 700 Minecoins? Are you using the same account to make the purchase?
